Before we
sleep is probably the best time to use skin care products. It is the time when
all the benefits of a certain product, let’s say a moisturizer, absorbs without
an interruption by our skin. That’s probably why sleeping mask become a hit in
the beauty market. I’ve had my fair share of sleeping mask and I’d say that
they all work just right. And Glamourflage Satin Sally Sleep Mask in Citrus
made it to the list of my best sleeping mask.
With a touch
of classic 50’s, Satin Sally sure has a cute packaging. It looks as if it’s not
a beauty product but something that should be in the kitchen! I actually
thought it’s a mayonnaise. LOL! And this sleeping mask is huge and bulky – it’ll
probably last a lifetime.
Those 6
small holes will give you the right amount without too much mess. The
consistency is thick and have quite sticky texture. With its consistency and
texture, I was surprised that it’s easy to spread all over the face. Within 2
minutes or so, the mask will get dry and will leave the skin looking like you used
cooking oil as a moisturizer, except it’s not greasy or anything because well,
it’s already dry, remember?

Satin Sally Sleep Mask is easy enough to use. Make sure that your skin is clean
before applying it, lie down, fall asleep, then wash it off the next morning.
While sleeping, this sleeping mask nourish the skin with vitamins E, A, F, H,
and G, and also regenerates the skin. All of that is happening while I’m
probably dreaming about my Prince Charming.
I love how
it smells like a fresh citrus, and really refreshing. And the next morning
before I wash it off, there will be a slight peeling, not of the skin but the
mask itself. I don’t know what the peeling does, but every time I wash it off,
my face feels so smooth and all the impurities have been washed away. It also
controls oil and keep my skin fresh all day.
