Each time that I have a new makeup I have this urge to use and try it instantly. But that’s the thing with bloggers; (I know that I am not the only one that faces this problem) when a product doesn’t have a photo yet, you can’t use it. I had these eyeshadow palettes a long time ago, and I guess you can imagine how hard it is for me not to swatch and try these Kiss Me Heroine Make Jewelry Eyecolor palettes on. I mean, the colors are all my favorites and all.
Kiss Me Heroine Make Jewelry Eyecolor is divided into
four sections: 3 eyecolors and 1 primer (you can also use it alone since it’s
actually a cream shadow). There are four
different shades available and I have here the Rose Garnet (my favorite) and
Beige Gold.
Each palette comes with its own applicator, although
small, it works quite well. The packaging is made of acrylic plastic and the
eyeshadow can be easily removed from the palette. So yeah, you can remove your
favorite shade and transfer it to your customize palette.
Moving on to the actual work of Kiss Me Heroine Make
Jewelry Eyecolor… I didn’t expect it to be this pigmented. See the swatches
below.
Yes, I have seen these eyeshadows in action during the launching, but I hadn’t really tried it myself, until now. Primer is no longer needed (it doesn’t really help build up the colors anyway) to see how nice and insane the payoff of each color of this quad-palette. The fallout is very minimal.
The palettes all have the same metallic, shimmering,
and frost finish. It would be really perfect if there is at least one matte
eyeshadow in the palette to intensify the use of the darkest shades in the
palette. Staying power is okay, it lasts for about 4-5 hours without primer,
and another couple of hours with.
Is it worth it? Yes! You may think that it’s expensive
(it retails for Php650 each), but you will get an eyeshadow and primer in one,
so that’s pretty much a good deal. You can get it in all SM Department Stores
and Watson’s Stores.
