Review: Mary Kay Timewise Matte-wear Liquid Foundation Beige 5

Today I'm going to post a very quick review of Mary Kay Timewise Matte-Wear Liquid Foundation in beige 5 which my aunt gave me. It's my very first liquid foundation from Mary Kay and I am really happy that this time, its a matte foundation. I've been into dewy finished foundation ever since I started blogging, you know.. to achieve those glowing skin of Koreans. LOL~

Mary Kay Timewise Matte-Wear Liquid Foundation in beige 5 comes in a glittering tube. Nothing special with the packaging. It does have a box but since it was only given to me, I guess my tita lost it already ^^  But if you are wondering what are the ingredients of this foundation all I can share is that it has a dimethicone , so if you were allergic to silica then this is not for you. Other than that I didn't find anything suspicious.

Swatches:

 The shade is perfect for me ^^ and as you can see, this Mary Kay Timewise Matte-Wear Liquid Foundation gives off the perfect matte finished. Also, according to Mary Kay this one has a special microspheres work all day to absorb oil and control shine without a heavy makeup look or feel. 

The Good:

- Gives a matte & flawless finish

- Last a whole day on my face even without retouching

- My pores & redness are visibly reduced

- Doesn't have an overwhelming scent

- Perfect for Pictorials

- light to heavy coverage

- Feels as if you were not wearing any foundation, so light on skin

- No allergic reaction / irritation for me

The Bad:

- Expensive for a 29ml product

- I think it'll not last for almost 2months

Short Review: Mary Kay Eye Liner

Hello everyone~~ How was you day? Hope it's ok since I really had a tough night last night T_T So I decided to took pictures of the products that I failed to make reviews. And today I'm gonna make review of Mary Kay Eye Liner Black. I bought it maybe last 3months ago.So yes, this is a very late post.

Mary Kay's Eyeliner is a long lasting formula that glides on smoothly with no tugging or pulling.I had mine in Noir Black. I am in love with the dark black color.


I like this eyeliner a lot. It is good for getting very close to the lash line and stays put on the waterline. It has good lasting power and is automatic so there is no need to sharpen.

I really liked how creamy and easily applicable this eyeliner is. And if you read my past post I am a rub-eye girl so I am looking for a smuge-proof eyeliners and I guess this eyeliner is not for me. Because it smudge a lot. Also, these glide on nicely and aren't hard feeling.

OVERALL RATING: 3/5, These are ok. Not too great not too bad. The colors are nice and I do like the packaging. But its not as smudgeproof as I was looking for an eyeliners.
