Review: Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel Liner

Hello~!! today Im going to post a review of my latest gel liner. I've been wanting to have my hands on this one, so right after I knew that Maybelline was having their 30% off sale last month I didn't hesitate to buy this Lasting Drama Gel Liner in Black.

Comes in a glass jar with silver cap and a brush liner too. There's nothing special about its packaging so I don't have much to say about it. But what I love about this is that it has its own brush. The brush is very soft and very friendly too, specially if you want to do either dramatic or fine lines.

Performance:

It's very pigmented, you can see how black this gel liner is. I tried its waterproof-ness on running water and it does a good job but remember that this one's not smudgeproof. See the last photo? I rub it once after I tried it on running water and it smudge like crazy. So I suggest that after applying this gel liner set it with black eyeshadow.

THE BAD:
- not smudge-proof

Short Review: Mary Kay Eye Liner

Hello everyone~~ How was you day? Hope it's ok since I really had a tough night last night T_T So I decided to took pictures of the products that I failed to make reviews. And today I'm gonna make review of Mary Kay Eye Liner Black. I bought it maybe last 3months ago.So yes, this is a very late post.

Mary Kay's Eyeliner is a long lasting formula that glides on smoothly with no tugging or pulling.I had mine in Noir Black. I am in love with the dark black color.


I like this eyeliner a lot. It is good for getting very close to the lash line and stays put on the waterline. It has good lasting power and is automatic so there is no need to sharpen.

I really liked how creamy and easily applicable this eyeliner is. And if you read my past post I am a rub-eye girl so I am looking for a smuge-proof eyeliners and I guess this eyeliner is not for me. Because it smudge a lot. Also, these glide on nicely and aren't hard feeling.

OVERALL RATING: 3/5, These are ok. Not too great not too bad. The colors are nice and I do like the packaging. But its not as smudgeproof as I was looking for an eyeliners.
