Review: Maybelline Lasting Drama Gel Liner

Hello~!! today Im going to post a review of my latest gel liner. I've been wanting to have my hands on this one, so right after I knew that Maybelline was having their 30% off sale last month I didn't hesitate to buy this Lasting Drama Gel Liner in Black.

Comes in a glass jar with silver cap and a brush liner too. There's nothing special about its packaging so I don't have much to say about it. But what I love about this is that it has its own brush. The brush is very soft and very friendly too, specially if you want to do either dramatic or fine lines.

Performance:

It's very pigmented, you can see how black this gel liner is. I tried its waterproof-ness on running water and it does a good job but remember that this one's not smudgeproof. See the last photo? I rub it once after I tried it on running water and it smudge like crazy. So I suggest that after applying this gel liner set it with black eyeshadow.


THE GOOD:

THE BAD:
- not smudge-proof

Review: The Skin Shop's Magic Science Gel Eyeliner

Hello lovelies! ∩_∩ ~ It's monday again another week ahead of us. And today Im gonna review about the The skin shop's magic science gel liner. Just like my other TSS products this was also included to the prize I got from their last event. I know this post was a bit late because I just noticed yesterday that I left it in my drafts (X_X) and since I don't have anything to do Im going to post it today!

Product Description:


This deep and vivid color gel liner makes the eyes more dramatic. It is not easily removed nor spread by perspiration and sebum resulting to  attractive eyes with an intense, long-lasting and pigment-rich color. Olive oil and Silk Protein care for the eyes softly and gives sufficient hydration and nutrition.


Net Wt: 5g


How to use:
Fill the lash line finely using this gel liner and the built in brush.


Packaging:

As you can see, the packaging is very elegant pink, very pretty right? ^o^. The packaging reminds me of the Lioele & Tony Moly's gel liner. I really like this packaging because its very handy, the brush is attached to the product itself so no need to worry when you don't know when your liner brush is out of sight.

And the brush? Its flat and but not so thin. I love this brush, it gave me the heavy dramatic eye lines. But if you want a very thin fine lines then this is not the brush for you. :)

 The skin shop is known for their international box. As you can see there are 4 different languages.

I tried to wipe it with tissue which I read from Andy's  post, and see what happens:

The tissue shows that I really wiped it and yes, its no-smudgeproof >.< too bad for me coz I always accidentally rub my eyes. So im a bit alert whenever Im wearing it.

I also tried to washed it on running water:

Tadaah!! It's waterproof ∩_∩ ~~~ It wont come off even though you'll walk in the rain. HAHAHAHA *Take note that I washed it after trying if its smudgeproof*

WHAT I LIKE: 

- It's water-proof

- Gives me the vivid black that I want on Gel liners

- Very creamy

- Easily dries once applied

- Pretty packaging

WHAT I DON'T LIKE:

- Not smudge-proof

- Currently not locally available
