REVIEW | Milky Dress Face & Body-Instant Whitening Lotion

Why hello there!  I have known about this Milky Dress Lotion since last year whenever I was looking for any makeup deals at WeMakePrice. Since I have tried a product that also promises the same instant result, I simply ignored this Milky Dress even though it is made in Korea, which is mostly the reason why I always ended up buying a certain product.

I have no expectation from this lotion. Nevertheless, I still give it a try because Hayan Korea gave me an opportunity to do so in exchange of my honest review.

The lotion itself is very watery which makes it easier to blend with the skin. Compared to the lotion like this that I’ve tried before, Milky Dress doesn’t cake and not sticky at all. It’s lightweight and sure does smell like milk.

Does it whiten the skin instantly? Yes! Just do not expect that you’ll have the Korean-white-skin effect if you are morena after all. I tried the lotion to my sister and I have to apply at least two layers of lotion to make the obvious effect. Then again, it is still up to you if you simply want to brighten your complexion, then one layer is actually enough. It’s just that with my sister’s skin color, one layer isn’t enough to see that it really whitens. 

You can also use it on your face, but the effect will be just like a CC cream. With soft and cottony finish, it is indeed a good everyday base makeup without covering anything.

Downside? Hmm... There are two:  1) No SPF; and 2) Stays for about 1-2 hours only.  With a very humid weather here in our country, SPF is a must! And Milky dress doesn’t have any. Seriously, one-to-two hours of staying power? Not really nice.

The good thing is that it does give an instant white on the skin and moisturizes it at the same time. Also, it does dry up pretty fast. Just make sure that you apply it evenly on your skin to have a perfect white skin effect without looking fake!

REVIEW | Physiogel Lotion

Has sensitive skin? Or perhaps you want to have a well-moisturized skin? Physiogel Lotion, to the rescue! I know that I promised to review this one after I posted my January favorites post, but due to my heavy and hectic schedule these past few weeks; I wasn’t able to post anything even after I made a blogging schedule.

I am using this Physiogel Lotion for like 6 months now, and it’s my 4^th bottle already. As some of you might now – or maybe because I always point it out – I have a dry skin. Physiogel Lotion is just, well, made for those who have a dry skin like me, and to those who have a sensitive one.

 Physiogel lotion feels like water upon application. I’m not quite sure if this is a water-based lotion, but it definitely feels like one. No stickiness, no nothing. It will be absorbed by your skin the moment you spread and applied it onto your whole body and it’ll give your skin great moisture. The moisture last the whole day too! Physiogel lotion doesn’t have any fragrance yet it does smell clean.

There was this time when I had a skin irritation on my legs; it was itchy and kind of hurt when touched. Hesitant to apply any cream or ointment, I stick with my Physiogel Lotion. There was a slight stinging feeling after applying the lotion, but it only lasted for a minute or two (don’t worry, it’s bearable). The morning after, it got better! That is when I truly believe that Physiogel contains natural lipids similar to the skins physiological lipids for the daily care of dry and sensitive skin conditions.

And now that Physiogel is now cheaper than before, I recommend this lotion for you to try. It is available in all leading drug stores nationwide for only P649.00.

Review: The Face Shop Chia Seed Watery Lotion

Hello lovelies! There's only 15 days left before christmas right? ^^ Are you excited? Hihihi.

Today I am gonna review the last product Koreadepart had sent me, this time it is a face lotion from The face shop. Actually it is my first skincare product from TFS and since it was one of their newest line I didn't seen any reviews of it but I still took a risk of trying it.

I've been using this lotion for 1.5 months now, just like my Tony Moly Latte Art Milk-Cacao pore pack.

If I am not mistaken I think this box was recycled ^^ My aunt told me that if a certain paper is rough then it's recycled and this one is rough. Very eco-friendly right?
