TonyMoly Petite Cotton BB Cream Delight Review

This review is waaay long overdue. I probably received this TonyMoly Petite Cotton BB Cream delight around three or four months ago. Yeah, I know that was like, forever. Anyway, you have probably seen this BB Cream as one of my beauty favorites and I’m about to tell you why.

TonyMoly Petite Cotton BB Cream Delight is small and handy. It has an easy squeeze tube and dispense the product quite nicely. The packaging is cute too.

This BB cream has whitening, anti-aging, SPF30 PA++ and available in two shades. Mine is Dark Beige. I was a little hesitant when I got this one because it’s been a while since I used a Korean brand BB Cream. It turns out that this one is really good.

Petite Cotton BB Cream Delight has a pink undertone. I was really surprised that this work well for me since any base with pink undertone usually is too light on my skin. TonyMoly must have done something with it, but whatever it is, I love it!
The texture is also perfect, thick and creamy yet easy to spread and blend. It is also not sticky, quite the opposite actually, and dries up quickly after application. I have tried many Korean makeups and it seems like when they say that this BB Cream has a cottony finish, they actually mean powdery. Truth be told, this one does have an amazing cottony finish! Probably one of the best BB Cream with this kind of finish I have ever tried so far. Sometimes I don’t set with powder and it still looks good.
I know that some of you are conscious about the coverage – this one has a good one too. Not light, but also not on the heavy side, it falls in the medium range but can still pass on the no-makeup makeup and also weightless. It doesn’t cake or anything like that. The staying power is about 4-6 hours max, but with the help of setting powder.

Another thing that I love about this BB Cream is how good it looks good in photos!

If I were to rate it, I’d give it a 4.5/5. The missing .5 goes to its longevity, you know how I hate retouching, right? Still, if it can provide me a great selfie, why not? J

Because of Maring, delivery of my packages were delayed (not new, with or without storm) and I would like to share with you those new products that I got with me now. REVIEW | Tony Moly Egg Pore Tightening Pack

Obvious big pores around your nose? Having problems applying foundations or bb creams because of those obvious holes on your nose? Been looking everywhere for the product to solve that problem of yours? Worry no more! because Tony Moly Egg Pore Tightening Pack is now here so solve those skin concerns.

I got this egg a couple of months ago from BntNews for review purposes. I've wanted to have at least one from this line so I really am thankful to receive this and for free! LOL But rest assured that all the things i'll say about it comes from my honest experience and opinion/s. :) Let's start then~!

PRODUCT INFO:

Brand: Tony Moly
Name: Egg Pore Tightening Pack
Net Wt: 30ml
MADE in KOREA
Price: Php528.00
Where to Buy: In all Tony Moly stores

Description: Wash off pack that contracts the widen pores, Pore contraction, Sebum suction, Low irritation wash off type Egg white / Clay / Cellemix Recommended for: People with wide pores, People with a lot of sebum secretion
Usage: Apply adequate amount over areas with enlarged pores, not too think, let dry for 10~15 min until pore pack becomes stiff. Wash off in tepid water.

PACKAGING: Obviously, this pack comes in an egg shaped container. It's brown and has a little crack-like design on the top that make it really pretty looking. You'll also see that there is a chick drawing on the front of the egg. When you open, there is a yellow lid acting the egg yolk to prevent the product getting messy. The clear box has the information's on the side written in English.

VERDICT: I'll start with it's texture, this egg pore tightening pack has a very thick jelly like texture yet still easy to spread. The scent is a bit strong for me, like a floral with medicine plus mint smell which may not be appealing to all. It'll also get dry after 5 minutes upon application depending on how many layers you want to put on your nose or any areas with big pores that are visible. There is a tightening feeling the moment that the mask is getting drier, you'll definitely feel that your pores are closing.

I am using this pack thrice a week or whenever I feel like my nose are in need of some major cleansing for 2 months already. In that time, I did not notice any changes on my pores. Technically, the tightening effect is only instant, but will give your nose a super smooth finish and whiteheads free for 2-3 days. As you can see on the photo above, the after nose is very glossy looking, cleaner pores and barely visible.

Every after using this pack and then applying foundation/bb cream, I really noticed a big difference (I wish I took a photo of it), the holes on my nose aren't there anymore and it's a very smooth application. I just wish that the tightening effect last much longer or maybe a slight improvement after a long term usage. But overall, I'd say that this one is a pretty good product. it's very convenient every time I wanted to have a smooth and pore-less nose :)

REVIEW | TONY MOLY Aqua Aura Moist Finish Pact SPF25, PA++

Final exams is almost over & I have a one week break to flood you with updates here on my blog. *Laughing out loud*. Anyway, this TONY MOLY Aqua Aura Moist Finish Pact was sent to me by BntNews for review purposes, I was supposed to post this review a long time ago but totally forgot about it.

PRODUCT INFO:

Brand: TONY MOLY
Name: Aqua Aura Moist Finish Pact SPF25, PA++
Net Wt: 10g
PRICE: Php848
MADE in KOREA
Where to Buy: In all TONY MOLY stores/boutiques/department stores

PACKAGING:    The pact comes in a blue packaging, both the box and the pact itself. I actually expect the packaging would be blue because of the name, Aqua. It's glossy and has its name embossed on the pact, with a ribbon that compliments the whole packaging. You have to push that ribbon in order for the pact to open, and you'll see the sponge applicator right away and find that it has a plastic separator from the powder. And of course, for its own vanity, a mirror is included.

SWATCH & VERDICT:    What i have with me is the shade #1 which is way to light for me, so I tend to apply it using a brush to control the amount I put on to avoid having a super obvious white-makeup. LOL. Among any other powder pact I have with me, I'd say that this one has the nicest coverage. This has medium-heavy coverage. You can wear it alone or use it as setting powder to your bb cream or foundation. The texture is really soft and leaves a cottony, smooth, and semi-matte finish. I have a combination skin, and this one did gave moisture on my skin and stays up to 3 hours maximum alone. The powder has a nice scent, although you won't notice it at first coz it really is very light smell. It does cover my pores and doesn't cake.

The only downside of this product is that the staying power is not enough for me. I mean, I needed something to last for about 6 hours, 'cause I am the type who doesn't do retouching all the time. But other than that, I don't have anything to dislike about this one. :) I still carry it everytime I went out.

Overall Rating:    3/5
